Social Media Manager

JOB BRIEF
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will also work closely with our marketing team and regional directors to showcase their respective regions, including SCCG Africa, SCCG Asia, SCCG LATAM, SCCG Brazil, SCCG Canada, and SCCG Europe. Your expertise in growing our presence on various platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and our SCCG newsletter campaign will be key to achieving our marketing goals. As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up to date with the gambling industry’s latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Your role will be crucial in expanding our social media presence, driving web traffic, and fostering high levels of customer engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, with a specific focus on SCCG Africa, SCCG Asia, SCCG LATAM, SCCG Brazil, SCCG Canada, and SCCG Europe.
  • Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and showcases the regions mentioned above.
  • Set specific objectives for each platform, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and our SCCG newsletter campaign, and report on the ROI of investing in social media ads and services
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including written and video content from our regional showcase pages.
  • Collaborate with our regional directors to create compelling content that highlights the unique aspects of each region.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize content and improve audience reach.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency across platforms and regions.
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews, particularly regarding the showcased regions.
  • Oversee the design and aesthetics of social media accounts, ensuring they reflect the regional diversity and excellence of SCCG Management.
